What kind of organization is From Mom with Love?From Mom with Love is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the state of Illinois.

What kind of gifts do you provide mothers and her children?The gift is personalized to the mom and her children's needs and the child’s interests, passions, and the mom’s imagination. The only caveat is the gift has a max amount.

Do you accept personal donations?Yes, absolutely. Please visit our Donate page.

Can I make a gift in tribute to or in memory of a deceased mom?Yes, you can. Simply navigate to our Donate, check the box that asks, “Is this gift in honor of, in tribute to, or in memory of someone?”. Then provide us with the person’s name and the amount of your gift. Once we reach 20 such gifts, we will create an honor roll page on this website to recognize these wonderful women.

Who can refer a mom?Close friends, family members, co-workers, case workers, clergy—anyone who knows the terminally-ill mom can make referrals. If you are not eligible to refer a mom, please share the referral inquiry form with family or ask them to visit our website.

What’s the referral process?Please visit our Refer a Mom page to review our referral criteria as well as our Gift Application.

When will we be notified if the mom has been approved for the program?From Mom with Love reviews each application as it comes in. We will respond within 30 days.

Why do you require proof of annual income?We ask for proof of annual income to ensure that the moms and kids receiving our services are deserving of assistance. We want to make sure we serve those who most need assistance. While we understand that most single mothers struggle to make ends meet, there are always exceptions to the rule.
